At Carrma Luxury Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Please review our policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. Return Window
    Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received the product.

  2. Condition of the Item
    Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged. Watches should be returned with the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

  3. Non-Returnable Items
    Some items are not eligible for return, such as:

    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Items purchased as part of a special promotion or final sale.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us
    Reach out to our customer service team at contact@carrmaluxurywatches.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the item(s), and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization
    Once we review your request, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide detailed instructions for the return process.

  3. Return Shipping
    You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your return without tracking.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please note:

  1. Refund Methods
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  2. Restocking Fees
    In certain cases, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply, especially if the product is returned in a condition different from its original state.

  3. Exchanges
    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late Returns

If you return an item after the 30-day window, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item may be returned to you at your own expense.

Final Sale Items

Certain products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please check product details carefully before purchasing.
